Jayd is a luxury residential compound located in the heart of New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, specifically in the Al-Qoronfel neighborhood. Developed by Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), a partnership between the Egyptian Ministry of Housing and the Saudi Ministry of Finance, the project spans approximately 68 to 70 acres and is situated directly in front of Al Rehab City (Gates 23 and 24).
